Design Services
Our passion is creating projects that add to our community and the economy of small local businesses, whether it is ground up commercial or residential remodels.  We lead the team through programming and establishing what the priorities and options are and bring in qualified team members to assist in structural and mechanical engineering.

Construction
Construction at Snoqualmie Pass has a unique set of challenges.  We focus on performing the site, utility and landscaping work with our in house personnel and obtain the right team of sub-contractors for each building project.

Project Management
Our years of experience with previous employers is what makes StarGazer Properties a valuable asset to any project.  Our skills allow us to plan for time, quality and budget priorities  to make sure our clients are aware of decisions and challenges to be addressed.

Property Management
We are pre- leasing our mixed retail space for HyAk MARKET and will be the property managers. 
Our in house snow removal is available for daily, weekly or one time service.  We can also help fix the little maintenance problems through our small contractor resources.
