Founders Greg Craven and Chris Lyons have over 55 years combined experience in real estate development, architecture, construction, project and property management.

Chris has worked with Trammell Crow Company, Swedish Medical Center, ACT Theatre restoration of Eagles Auditorium, and Callison Architects.

Greg has had is own construction company since 1989 and has worked in the ski area management, construction of all kinds including building lifts at Lake Placid, and commercial diver in the Gulf of Mexico.

Their intimate knowledge of Snoqualmie Pass comes from years of living here.

Their passion for organic food, farming, and green building has led them to involvement with Chefs Collaborative, Restoring America's Food Traditions (RAFT), GreenDrinks, EcoBuilding Guild, Solar Washington, Master Builders Association and BuiltGreen, Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (BALLE) and many other associations focused on local, authentic and sustainable.
